Silent Crossing Boundaries is a cross culture and cross discipline project at the same time. The project was created at Soulangh Cultural Park and Jia-Li District in Tainan City, Taiwan. The dancer Hsin Ying Tsai (Kaohsiung, Taiwan) and the model and performer artist Yu-I Kao (Tainan, Taiwan) collaborated in this project. The project is assembled by three Land Art installations, three indoor installations, a video installation with five segments and a photography installation. The dance segments , choreography and performing segments where created and carry out by Hsin-Ying Tsai and Yu-I Kao. The concept of the project was based on the ideas of crossing borders, identity and culture differences. Part of the projected focused also on Suraya culture. The Tainan area was once their homeland.
